At Herb Shop & Organic Foods, we want you to feel as good in our sustainable fashion as you do in your own skin. If your organic cotton or eco-friendly apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original biodegradable packaging, ensuring all eco-tags are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
